Massive support for new Green Garden Waste service

Recycling in Eastbourne is continuing to grow as the Council expand the services they provide to residents in the town. Thousands of people across the Borough have rushed to sign up to next year's incoming Free Green Garden Waste collections.

LGBT Community says yes to a forum

This was just one of the many positive statements put forward at the second meeting between the LGBT community, the Council and the Terrence Higgins Trust.

Liberal Democrats take action to meet recycling pledges

During the local elections the Liberal Democrats pledged to double recycling rates by the end of their four year term. The first step to meet the recycling promise was introduced at Cabinet on Monday.
